lowpass presents: Reka Zalan, Stojche, Rough Rider

Chapter 2. Expect intricate ambiences, powerful techno grooves, melodies and textures.

Reka Zalan’s sound is a palpable blend of cosmic and driving Techno, combining deep, gloomy vibes and trippy elements as well as percussion-heavy, groovy and tooly facets. Reka is also co-hosting the ://elements series at ://about blank and is working at Hard Wax, one of Berlin’s essential record store addresses.

Stojche is one of the names on the European circuit that broke through with contributions to labels like A.r.t.less, DMK, Conform and Subwax, amongst others. In 2011 he launched his solo imprint “Tangible Assets” where he explores and refines his trademark Detroit-influenced dubbed out productions. In contrast, his DJ sets provide further evidence of years spent behind the turntables, resulting in pounding journeys with a dose of emotional content.

Accompanying Stojche and picking up the pace throughout the night will be Rough Rider – a techno DJ and producer from Göttingen and CO-founder of Selectors Club. His mixing style is best described as rough, fast, and diverse.

Last but not least, Lowpass co-founders and residents APRS and serenus will provide the sound that has become a signature for their events. Berlin based techno producer and DJ APRS’ style is best described as deep, driving techno with melodies and textures. Serenus on the other hand favours a more intricate approach, ranging from ambient textures to atmospheric, dense and driving techno with a sensitive perception of the energy of the crowd.
