Decoder and his productions have been a staple in my deeper DJ sets for a few years, so we were happy to hear from a friend in common that he’d be heading to Berlin for a month while we were curating a night in early 2025. After a warm meeting at our artist dinner he delivered a surprisingly colourful set – from deep and driving to nasty breaks and playful melodies across 3 decks.

Biography

Dallas based Producer/DJ, and label owner specializing in hyper minimalistic, sci-fi-esque body music.
His music has seen releases on legendary record labels such as Axis and Molecular, as well as on more contemporary imprints like Float, AMTK+, and his own Toca Records.
His releases have garnered the support of many heavyweights including the likes of Jeff Mills, Rrose, Amotik, and Richie Hawtin, who invited him on tour extensively across North America, Europe, and India. Decoder’s touring schedule has also seen many notable moments, having played at established clubs such as Knockdown Center, De School, Fold, Cialo, and Watergate, to name a few.
