lowpass presents: nthng, LDS

For our first event of 2022, we have invited nthng and LDS to provide an evening of musical diversity in an intimate setting.

nthng’s sound takes in dub techno, hazy ambient and classic trance. His DJ sets hop effortlessly between these different strains, but his EPs tend to focus on one aspect at a time. He has released multiple EP’s and albums such as “It Never Ends”, “Hypnotherapy” and “Unfinished” on Lobster Theremin and Delsin. His latest outing “Earthseed” is a four track EP on Transatlantic, ranging from ambient to energetic breaks and melodic dub techno, while an earlier appearance for Transatlantic, “The Traveller” saw him take on higher tempos and driving trance.

Stuttgart’s LDS’s futuristic, innovative ambiences take influence from artificial intelligence, creating LDS’s unique and unconventional take on dub techno and the sound of the future. LDS brings forth his vision during an uncertain time for both nightlife and the world whilst humanity stands at the hinge of merging with machines.

The two artists will be accompanied by lowpass residents APRS and serenus, while magnificent matter will provide their invigorating visuals. APRS is a french techno producer & dj based in Berlin. His style is deep, powerful techno with melodies and textures. From dub to techno.
With a passion for live jams, serenus will start the night with a hybrid live/DJ set focussing on ambient and atmospheric, driving techno.
